- A guide with 30 pages. It covers where to look, how to compare findings and how to organize the work each week.
- An Excel workbook with ten tabs. It includes example entries and a summary of the research you add.
- A Starter Pack with 11 pages. It includes search phrases, places to look, instructions for setting up alerts and prompts you can copy.
The guide compares findings across twelve areas. It works through the same four examples as the Brief and one example that was not worth taking further.
What it helps you do
The kit helps you keep track of what you find and why a problem might deserve more attention. The scores organize your judgment. They do not prove that people will buy a product or that it will make money.
The kit does not watch the internet for you. Its source lists and examples belong to this edition and may need updating.
